There will be so many of you who would be feeling pity for not being able to have all things sweet while the rest of the world would be having fun. Aysha, eating apples on a regular basis may help prevent type 2 diabetes, as well as keep your blood sugar levels stable. In other words, antioxidants found in apples may lower the risk of diabetes. And so, sugar free apple pie is the easiest and yummiest dessert to have this Valentines day.

Sugar-free Fig Barfi
Sugar free Anjir barfi being high-fiber, raw anjeer fruit can benefit diabetics because of their ability to regulate insulin levels. - Besan halwa, besan kheer can be made diabetes friendly by using sugar free.
